The company has the policy to pay dividends at the rate of not less than 30% of the net profit from normal operation according to consolidated financial statement after deduction of tax revenue and legal reserve. However, actual payments will be depending on the Company's cash flow, Company's investment plan including affiliate company and other necessities as the Board of Director consider appropriate
