Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day business support and first line of consultation on market, and consumer insights-related business questions for food and beverage, especially Fruit Juice, Milk, Alternative Milk categories and others categories.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop annual market research learning plans that effectively support innovation, value proposition and new product development.
  • Manage all aspects of market research studies (vendor selection, budget, design, execution, analysis, application).
  • Able to conceptualize and build an analytic plan, design questionnaires, and analyze, synthesize and summarize data leading to actionable recommendations with hands-on experience.
  • Analyze domestic and international market data (Nielsen, etc.) and other secondary data sources, making important connections between different pieces of information to drive actionable recommendations that support timely and accurate marketing strategy and engagement. .
  • Demonstrated advanced statistical knowledge including demonstrated ability to run regression analysis and methods of weighting of survey data
  • Identify and translate of consumer needs, insights and behaviors to guide the category’s brand strategy, brand performance, communication and innovation marketing initiatives and for consumer guidance and delivery into projects.
  • Present data, trends, and findings in a clear, informative manner to internal and external stakeholders. Be able to tell your story through PowerPoint presentations.
  • Drive the insight program and analysis required to support all product development, product management.
  • Remain on top of market trends at all times, be the voice to the business on changes in market.
  • Produce monthly reports using market intelligence to bring the key actionable insights to life.
  • Constant monitoring of competitors and the market.

Qualification

Educational Background:

  • Master or Bachelor Degree in Degree in marketing, economics, management or statistics or related field

Working Experiences:

  • At least 8 years experiences in research preferably with FMCG background.
  • Experience in development, execution and leading leadership thinking and action in consumer insights

Others Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated advanced statistical knowledge including demonstrated ability to run regression analysis and methods of weighting of survey data
  • Proficient with presentation software (PowerPoint) & Highly proficient in MS Excel (macros, pivot tables, charts, etc.)
  • Able to conceptualize and build an analytic plan, design questionnaires, and analyze, synthesize and summarize data leading to actionable recommendations. Hands-on experience
  • Demonstrated track record of managing external agency partnership
  • Can do attitude
  • Able work under pressure and tight schedule
