Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with authorized customs broker for customs formalities of imported and exported goods, Rig and Vessel to comply with  Thai customs law and regulation.
  • Manage and monitor authorized customs broker for all custom clearance activities such as follow up clearing shipment, documents transactions and day-to-day related activities.
  • Ensure transportation of goods by authorized contractor is on time which complete delivery with safely, cost efficiency and comply with laws/regulations.
  • Check and compare freight prices (If any request)
  • Issue WO, service receipt, accrue expenditures in SAP, make sure that proper charges are billed in the appropriate manner, correct and verify invoices for payment process with accuracy and timely meeting cut-off date for payment.
  • Prepare report such as Contract monitoring report, Import & Export activities report, Invoice monitoring report, Time write report etc.
  • Provide other duties as requested

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field. (Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain is preferable)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in freight forwarding, customs clearance & transportation.
  • Knowledge of the transport and movement of goods by air, land, sea; domestic and international regulations regarding transport and customs clearance
  • Good skill in Microsoft office i.e. Excel, Words, etc.
  • Ability to work under pressure, to perform multiple tasks and to meet critical deadlines
  • Able to use ERP/SAP System
